Cancellation and refund rules for purchases from kageos Hub.

Before purchasing
Review the plan, billing interval, included entitlement, and any usage limits shown at checkout. Payment taxes and receipts are handled by the configured Merchant of Record.
Cancellation
You can cancel a subscription from the product or customer billing portal. The configured cancellation mode is access continues until the current billing period ends. Cancellation prevents future renewal but does not automatically create a refund.
Refund requests
Contact support@kageos.ai within 7 days of purchase with the account email, order reference, and reason. We aim to respond within three business days. Eligibility depends on applicable law, delivery status, usage already consumed, duplicate charges, and provider restrictions.
Processing
Approved full or partial refunds are processed through the payment provider. Bank processing time varies by payment method and region. Original transaction processing fees and foreign-exchange differences may not be recoverable.
Mandatory rights
This policy does not limit non-waivable consumer rights or a payment provider's ability to resolve fraud, duplicate charges, disputes, or chargebacks.
