Who controls your data

Data we collect

• Account identity and profile information.
• Authentication, session, device, and security events.
• Files, prompts, content, and metadata you choose to submit.
• Subscription, transaction, entitlement, and refund status supplied by the payment provider.
• Request, reliability, and support records needed to operate the service.

Why we use data

• Provide the service and requested features.
• Authenticate users, prevent abuse, and protect accounts.
• Process subscriptions and maintain entitlements.
• Respond to support, privacy, and copyright requests.
• Measure reliability and improve the product.
• Comply with law and enforce agreements.

Service providers

We share only the data reasonably needed by service providers acting for infrastructure, authentication, storage, communication, analytics, or payments. The current provider list appears on the Subprocessors page.

Retention

Operational personal data is generally retained for up to 365 days unless a shorter product workflow applies or a longer period is necessary for security, disputes, financial records, or legal obligations.

Cookies and local storage

The service may use optional analytics or preference technologies in addition to essential authentication and security storage. Where required, optional technologies are enabled only after consent.

Your choices and rights

Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, or objection. Some records may be retained where legally required or needed to establish, exercise, or defend claims.

International processing and security

Providers may process data in countries other than yours. We use contractual, access-control, encryption, logging, and minimization measures appropriate to the service, but no system can guarantee absolute security.

Children and changes

The service is not directed to children under 18. Material policy changes will update the effective date and may be communicated in-product when appropriate.
