Agreement

These Terms govern your access to and use of kageos Hub, operated by 刘北洛. By using the service, you agree to these Terms and the policies linked from them.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into this agreement. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping access methods secure.

The service

Features, availability, quotas, and supported workflows may change as the product develops. Material paid-plan changes will be communicated before they take effect where reasonably practicable.

Subscriptions and cancellation

Prices and billing intervals are shown before checkout. Payments are handled by the configured Merchant of Record. Subscriptions may be cancelled from the product or customer billing portal. The configured cancellation mode is access continues until the current billing period ends.

Customer content

You retain rights you already hold in content you submit. You grant the service a limited permission to host, process, reproduce, and transmit that content only as needed to operate, secure, and improve the requested service. You must have the rights required to submit it.

Acceptable use

You must follow the Acceptable Use Policy. We may restrict content or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect users, third parties, the service, or comply with law.

• Do not use the service to violate law or third-party rights.
• Do not bypass security, usage limits, or access controls.
• Do not upload malware or interfere with service operation.

Availability and disclaimers

The service is provided on an as-available basis. To the extent permitted by law, no warranty is made that every output, file, integration, or third-party service will be uninterrupted, unique, accurate, or suitable for a particular purpose.

Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Termination and changes

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for material violations, legal requirements, security threats, or non-payment. Updated terms will display a new effective date.
